“Back in 2015, in Paris with the Techno Parade, I discovered the world of hardmusic.” N-Expected says. “In 2016, when I was sixteen years old, I decided to attend my first event. Hardshock Festival in Almere! It was a big revolution and I decided to take an interest in the history of hardmusic. More particularly hardstyle, by listening to artists like The Prophet, Gostoa, Headhunterz, Wildstylez, D-Block & S-Te-Fan and many others.”

N-Expected says he doesn’t just have one role model, but a lot. “So many producers are talented, but the person who influenced me the most and who made me love hardstyle is Headhunterz. Also a special mention for Frontliner, Noisecontrollers, Atmozfears and Bass Modulators. And many more.”

Furthermore, there is a story behind every song that the French talent composes. “It all depends on the mood when I start the project. For ‘Need You’, sentimentally speaking, I was not feeling well. So I decided to take my mind off things by composing this song and here is the result. The construction is not chosen randomly. Listen to ‘Need You’ till the end, and you will understand.” 

For the upcoming period the DJ hopes to evolve within Scantraxx and he will continue to transmit emotions to the people that listen to his music, “whether on stage or through my productions!”
