ERABREAK joins SCANTRAXX MAINLABEL, chapter begins with 'Pandora' ft. Elyn

We’re proud to announce that ERABREAK is officially joining the SCANTRAXX Mainlabel. His debut track, ‘Pandora’ featuring Elyn, will be released this Thursday, and we can’t wait for you to hear what he’s been working on.

Julian Mulder, known on stage as ERABREAK, has been part of the SCANTRAXX family for some time now, and watching him grow has been nothing short of inspiring. His unique style, creative vision, and determination have all led to this well-deserved moment.

A Journey Rooted in Passion

Julian’s first release with us dates back to March 31, 2022, under the name Syph, with the track ‘Save Me’ on SCANTRAXX Prospexx. It was clear even then that this young artist had something special.

His story started, as many do, with a pair of earbuds and a dream.

When I was 14, I was listening to low-quality, illegally downloaded EDM. At one point I thought, what if I could make this myself?

Soon after, he got his hands on FL Studio and never looked back. In 2017, a friend introduced him to a Headhunterz track. That moment changed everything, opening the door to a whole new world of sound.

“I fell in love with hardstyle instantly. From there, I discovered artists like Sub Zero Project, Keltek, Devin Wild, and Demi Kanon. It started growing on me, and by 2018, I was producing it myself.”

A Mindset That Sets Him Apart

One of the things we admire most about ERABREAK is his mindset. He doesn’t chase trends, he challenges them.

ERABREAK says: “I always try to bring something different. I want every track to surprise people, but still feel like ‘me’. I’m not here to follow the wave. I want to start it.”

That mentality was on full display during his time in Defqon. 1's RED RACE, a talent competition that pushed artists to their creative limits. Despite joining the contest on short notice, literally getting the call three weeks late, Julian jumped in with full energy: “Three days later I was already on set, meeting the other contenders and the legendary coaches. It was surreal.”

His track ‘DREAMSTATE’ was a standout, though it didn’t come easily.

“I made eleven melodies and five arrangements before landing on the final version. With Phuture Noize’s guidance, we made it the best it could be.”

The Next Chapter: ‘Pandora’ ft. Elyn

‘Pandora’ is the start of something new for ERABREAK, and for us too. This release represents everything we believe in: bold sound design, emotional depth, and artists who aren’t afraid to take risks.

The collaboration with Elyn adds another layer to the track, making it a strong debut for ERABREAK’s new chapter with us.

What’s Coming

Julian’s got a big year ahead, and this is just the beginning.
He’ll be performing at Defqon.1 on Saturday at the Purple stage (17:45–18:30), where he’ll premiere a brand-new collab with KELTEK. He’s also working on a remix for a major artist, and several solo releases are already lined up.

We’re incredibly excited to be part of that journey, and to help bring his vision to even bigger stages. It is time to create even more memories!
